Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled collection date to qualify for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before collection are unfortunately non-refundable, as preparation and production would already be underway.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your banking institution.

Issues with Orders

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with an order that has already been collected or delivered, each matter will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We kindly ask that any concerns be communicated to us as soon as possible, together with clear photos and a description of the issue.
